Sooo I have a little hole in one of my rocks that used to be empty but is now filled with something that almost looks just like the foot of an anemone? would anyone know what this could be? I know this is a vague description, I took a pic but you can't really make much out of it.

I just didn't know if there was a known pest that resembles that or if it's a sponge or what???

I do have 1 bubbletip anemone, but he is still the same size / did not split or anything. don't know what this could be. If nobody has any ideas I'll either leave it alone or take out the rock and see what it is.

It's hard to tell with the pics, but I would guess a harmless sponge.

+1 on the sponge got the same on mine and it's been there for 15 years some of mine are yellow even
