What is it to treat it

I had two clownfish in this tank for a while and they where doing fine until i added a Banggai cardinal and now they have something that at first look like a bacterial infection and i tried treating it as so and at first it work now it got worse

This is excess mucus, probably as a result of a severe ich infection.
