what is it ?

I saw this blue green tube hanging from my snail . It has a mouth but appears to be some slug or worm ? Is it harmless ? My motto is when in doubt take it out .

lol, it might be a LE version of something. I'd find out what it is before i killed it. got a better shot of it perhaps
