What is the issue with Chiseltooth Wrasses (Pseudodax moluccanus)

Ive been trying to think about why chiseltooth wrasses are a no go, Other than size and I can’t think of any other reasons so I’d love some help.
And if you’re unsure what fish I’m on about here’s a couple pictures for reference;

they eat acros/corals
I thought that may have been the case but couldn’t find any evidence to show if I was right, thanks for the help!
 
yeah they scrape acros with their funky teeth to peel off polyps…
beautiful fish, for a fowlr

Pseudodax moluccanus?? I think someone stole I cant think's account. He would never refer to a fish by only its common name.
