I have green death palys that cover and spread all over the place. I know they have palytoxins so they are hard to remove. Any suggestions on how to remove them?

I can't tell from the pic - do you have xenia or anthelia? both are in the same family.

anthelia for me 100% no question. Sympodium second. Yellow stone polyps (parazoanthus) third. I am constantly fighting all 3, but at least stores want my yellow stone polyps and they spread slow enough. A toothbrush pushes them back, but not the other 2...

Mystic sunset montipora is my 4th worst invader...I use it to test new tanks now. Soon I'll be killing it too.

Now I've only read about but here's a supposedly effective trick for invasive montis/leptos and other invading SPS. Take a colony of a organism with strong nematocytes and move it with your hand to the margin you want to control and just let it lay down nematocytes for a bit and then move the coral back to its original location. You should get necrosis in the area. Be very careful though!

Never really looked them up but I guess they are green disco's.
I had 4-5 that were on a live rock when I setup my nano. Transfered that rock to my 120 and wished I never did, lol.
There must be 30+ now.
They end up everywhere.
I would not mind them but they kill everything they touch.
I have tried to remove them with hemostats but they dont come off and they then rip and endup somewhere else.

I now have a rather unusual way of getting rid of them and as long as I remove 3-4 and wait a week before another treatment. It has worked well and not caused any issues within my tank.
So here it is.
I take a 3cc syringe and attatched a 20gauge 1.5" needle.
I put 1cc of 34% h2o2 in the barrel. I then inject about 1/4cc's of the h202 into the stalk of the mushroom.
It will turn brown very quick.
I then use the hemostats to remove it as the h2o2 kills the mushroom and it comes off easily and in one piece.
So far I only do it when they get to close to other corals.
I know 34% h2o2 is a strong oxidizer but I have had no issues so far with the amount used.
In the second pic you can see what one did to the monti.
What do you think?

For me it would be the Hollywood stunner. It grew so fast was so hard to break off the rocks an the night stinging sweepers were 5-6 inches long stinging an killing almost everything around it. I had to removed it with a hammer . Never again
