What is this algae,and why will my cleanup crew not touch it?

I have this thin wispy brown hair algae growing. I can not seem to get rid of it, and my cleanup crew wont touch it. Aside from patches of it the tank is spotless. I really do not know what to do about it.

Glad you posted this. I believe I have the same stuff in my newly setup tank. Mostly on the frag rack and a little in the sand but so far not very much there. Have never seen it before. I last checked N and P last week and they were 5 and 0. I'll be checking again later tonight.

There is no red slime.
