What is this algae?

What kind of algae is this? It came over the rocks only and within a span of 6 hours. I changed my lights to AI prime 16 HD yesterday and the lights do look visibly brighter than the previous lights even though I am running it at 40% intensity while running acclimitization mode. Parameters are Salinitiy 1.026, Temp 79, nitrites 0, ammonia 0, nitrates 10, ph 8 - will need to go to LFS to get other tests done…i had none of these in the morning and they appeared in the span of 8 hours.
