What is this algae?

Hi everyone. I added a 4th light to my tank, and shortly after started getting this reddish algae in the high light areas. I thought maybe it's cyano, but it's not. It doesn't easily come off, and kind of has this fuzzy texture. None of my CUC seems to eat it. Doesn't seem to bother anything at this point, but I wanted to know if I should put more effort into removing it.

Are they short red hairs? I have that too in one of my tanks.

Not hairs at all.
