What is this and what do I do with it

The tank has been set up for two weeks. I have live rock and sand in there and I have been adding MicroBacter for about a week (cap full as instructed, that had to be done for two weeks). Today I noticed these spots on the sand and the spots on the rock. What is it and what do I do? Should I change something or add something?

Just diatoms and part of the nitrogen cycle.. harmless and means the tank is maturing..
