What is this coral?

Can anyone ID these ice/light blue mushrooms? It appears to be a Hairy Mushroom (Rhodactis Indosinensis) but I'm only aware of Green, Colored, and Purple/Lavender variants.

This is a reef keeper in Russia and this is under an AI Prime and a Chihiros Nova 1 (XR15 Clone). You can see actual green hairy mushrooms in several of the shots. It's not just the lighting and it's present in videos as well. They're blue in daylight as well.

Has anyone ever seen these? If so, any idea where they can be bought?

I have one very similar. Mine isn't doing good at the moment. Think the requirements might be different for the variety? Not sure
