What is this? Found in refuguim chaeto

Sorry for the poor image quality. Whatever it is seemed to flee from the light. It’s a orangeish worm looking thing with what looks like some brown in there. It has little legs like a centipede. Any info on the creature or thoughts on what it could be are much appreciated

haha - you WILL experience it... its not about IF - but when... lol
always be careful when lifting up rocks and going through chaeto ... these nasty fellas are horrible if touched.
