Took this two things out. One looks kinda like a string. Not moving. The other looks like a tiny shell
Are the dangerous. Already placed them in a cup but I don’t know if these means something is already spreading in tank?

The shell is some kind of snail - is the opening round like a circle, or is it more oval/slit shaped? If it's round, it may be a Turritellid snail (they're filter feeders), if it's more oval/slit shaped, then it may be some kind of Terebrid snail (predatory, but typically towards marine worms, as I understand it). It may be mostly safe for your tank either way.

Edit: I can't see the string very well, but it looks like it may either be a tube of something or a kind of worm.

If it is a worm is that dangerous?
