What is this little guy?

So to continue my trend of identifying new organisms in my tank.
I found this guy when I was blowing off the sand from my rock (thanks goby) and a small monti I had flipped. I saw this dude.

I wanna say glass anemone, but I am most likely wrong. I am sure there is a more specific name.

Ball anemone. They are harmless

Non photosynthetic I'm assuming? He is under a monti in basically a small cave.

It looks cool. Can it get alot bigger?

No these stay small. Actually mushrooms and not nems, despite the name
