What is this? Looks like hair (not algae)

Strange stuff, thin like hair, but branching with little heads at some of the joints. The heads appears to have tiny appendages radiating out, like a super tiny coral polyp. Any ideas?

4 months, thereabouts. It’s pretty well cycled and balanced now, copepods and amphipods are abundant, if not hidden, due to my neon gobies.. anyway it’s doing well for the age.
