What is this on hammer coral?

I thought it might be a vermitted snail but I didn’t see any pictures posted on here with them having spines on it. Can anyone help me identify what it is? Thanks

Looks like a vermetid. Those spines look like a comb as part of the shell.

Okay, I’ve had one before a long time ago but it was a lot smaller than that one and wasn’t for sure. I guess I just didn’t see it for so long it had time to get big like that. Thank you for the help
