Noticed this today and can’t tell what it is. It’s been in my display tank for about 3 weeks after 50 days in my quarantine tank. Any ideas what it is?

Can you wave/brush it off or smush it? Looks like it could just be detritus, but it's not the clearest shot to see any detail on. Could even be mesenterial feeders.
