What does everyone think? Dinos?

I think your tank is new and you have some algae: most likely diatoms but could be Dinoflagellets.

Help us help you and provide more information: parameters, how did you cycle tank, source of live rock & sand, scheduled maintenance like vacume sandbed during partial water change.

Caribsea life rock, and mix of caribsea live sand and regular aquarium sand dry, my syphon hose broke so I haven't cleaned the sand bed in awhile, weekly water changes of 20% , run an ac50 (sponge and chemipure blue/phosguard), and ac110 ( sponge and two huge media bags of ceramic ring bio media). And as for the cycle method I did fishless cycle with dead food until I saw nitrates present then added fish. Will add full screenshot of tank later when I get home
