Looks like a vermatid snail tube (shell). Crush it, scrub it off and rinse with some old tank water. Being as it is on a shell there should be no need to super glue over it, as you should be able to scrape it all off.
Thank you so much. I just scrub it off. My fishes are in the QT after I found ich and flukes in my DT. The snails are in the DT and I am wonderring if these are ich tomont? Do you know what a ich tomont looks like? I learned that tomonts can be in substrate or any hard surface, am I right?
