Upgraded like a week ago form 120 to 200, kept some water in the old tank, no heating or flow, just standing water, today I've seen this near the glass, when I moved it to a cup it shrank a little bit.
Put it in a cup inside my sump.

Any idea?

Looks like a peanut worm often confused with Priapulida worm. Peanuts are safe and eat uneaten food and detritus
