What is this?

This coral was given to me by somebody breaking down their tank. It's pretty big, resembles a wall hammer or frogspawn but the polyps are really odd. It doesn't look like any hammer, frog or octospawn I've ever seen. It also has some good size sweepers that come out when there's food in the water.

This person admittedly let their tank go and the coral was practically dead when I got it a few weeks ago, it's made a nice recovery in my tank.
