what is this? i found this in my tank, after i take them of i will happen agian, is it danger for fish or human?

sponge, harmless filter-feeders and are common in new tanks but will usually go away after a while

This is clatharina sponge and will not go away but will actually increase in size. Remove and discard if not desired
