Anybody have any idea what this is on the glass? Showed up overnight.......have two total. They are both over 7" long. Been doing this a long time and I am still posting "what is
this" threads lol.

Not a spaghetti worm. It's a colony of slime mold or other single celled organisms, If you look very closely, you'll see that it's a writhing mass of individual moving strands. I've had it too a couple times, vanishes on its own and is harmless as far as I can tell

They hide in the sand at night and then grow like a tree towards the light during the day

So it appears @elysics is correct. I was able to wipe it off like algae.......very strange. Definately doesn't need light to grow since it appeared overnight.
