What is this???

Saw this at my lfs. Have no idea what it is. Looks like a cross between a plate and a chalice. Has tentacles extended all over. Not just near eyes.

yes that type of plate coral will grow extra eyes and seperate plates that will be attached at the edges. you can even frag this type of plate.

yep if that one isnt attached to the rock and you flip it over you will see channels in the skeleton where it will break along those lines
