What is This?

I scrub or blow off my live rock on a weekly basis and this hairy/slimy stuff keeps showing up. I’ve battled Dino and Cyano with success but can’t get rid of this stuff. Can anyone ID? If it matters it is focused on the bottom half of the live rock and I do have a good flow from 2 wavemakers position in opposite directions and staggered.
