What is this?

I never really took a look at my tank at night. What is this? This is three times magnification I never realize how many little critters are running around Loose in the tank. Is this normal? You can see it best between 35 and 50 seconds

+1 for amphipods - they are almost always (with very rare exceptions) harmless/beneficial (so they're usually good to have).

I have heard that they will, but I have also heard they are definitely not as aggressive/active about it as most wrasses.
