Looks to be a crab, my rule of thumb if it has furry legs and i didnt put it in the tank i would remove it. There are good acro crabs but that doesnt look like one to me.

I had one of those about a month ago, It was eating my millie. Took it out and gave it to a local reefer who keeps wierd things.

Crab from the Cymo genus. Perhaps Cymo melanodactylus or Cymo andreossyi. Furry crabs may help save Great Barrier Reef from deadly disease

Oh, and yes from reports these guys will eat coral tissue.
