What is this and is it good or bad and how do I get rid of it? The white stuff with the tube like things.

Sponge, harmless but may irritate zoanthids by over growing them, you can use a soft tooth brush for removal.

Ok they aren't stopping the zoas or gsp from opening will they die off on their own? Should I leave them be for now and see if they die off or will they eventually take over?

That really depends on conditions in the tank. As long as the corals are still opening it would not concern me. Typically sponges do not eventually take over. :-)

Ok I will let them be for now then cause all my corals are growing very quickly and I don't want to disrupt anything. Thanks for the quick response!
