Just out of the blue is growing at the bottom of my tank, didn’t think there’s enough light down that far

Out of the blue as in you didn't buy the coral and place it there? Duncan's are a relatively low light coral, but either way it looks happy there.

Your rockwork being covered in those hammers looks cool.

I've had it for about 5 years growing very slowly, got 5 new heads in the last week

Looks like a clove polyp to me, but I wouldn’t venture to guess what strand
