Good question lol looks like it has pores like a sponge. Does it open and close at all, receed into a skeleton, hard or soft?

It is a charcoal briquette cut in half and glued to frag plug. Thats the best guess i got.

I think you're right. It's from LA and they have this advertised on their site. Came in an LPS frag pack tho ? ... lol
