So, it doesn’t seem to be harming anything at the minute however, it’s been growing in a cave that gets almost no light unless the main (room) light is on.
Any ideas on what it is?

I’m aware there’s an aptaisia- there’s an outbreak of them and cyano in the nano at the moment

It's a corralimorph. Sometimes referred to as a glass ball anemone, though not actually an anemone. Pretty common hitchiker. I've had them in my tanks. Never had a problem with them. They certainly don't replicate like aiptasia or majano in my experience anyway. They tend to remain in the darker areas of the tank mostly.
