Can you clarify which part of the video you are asking about, maybe with a screenshot and circled areas? There are types of sponge that look like clear tubes that would not move, so maybe it is also just part of the sponge if you are seeing unmoving clear tubes.
It is hard for me to tell from your video, but I understand how hard it can be to get a good video for ID.
