I thought it was flaking off but now that I look closer it looks look green concave discs?
It looks like they have mouths too.

A bit difficult to tell but looks like Ulva Algae to me. The mouth part I'm not sure of. Any chance of a bright white light picture or pictures?

I'd wait to see what happens. A H2O2 dip will kill the algae but it's hard on corals and I'd let the coral acclimate and start growing. If you want to get rid of it now I'd just use a scapel or steak knife and reading glasses to gently scrap the algae off.

That's what I was thinking, scrape it off. The corals been in the tank a month or so and seems good.
