Can anyone tell me what this is? I found in growing in my Refugim on my micro algae. At first I thought it was an abnormal growth but then noticed if was some type of egg sack

Is this good or bad for my tank? When I squeezed one it had a worm like thing inside
+1 to WheatToast’s comment. My first impression is that it’s a tunicate and the worm thing inside is either the notochord (spine) or some kind of organ, but more information would likely be needed to verify/disprove that.

Put it back in water and see if it changes shape. Don't squeeze it- if it's a tunicate, we don't want to hurt it. They're harmless, and one that's growing in your tank could be neat to have.

I see… the sacs are hard and squishy like a boba bead. Not sure if that help narrow it down. Should I move it to my quarantine tank or leave it in the refugim?

If it’s a tunicate, then it’s harmless, so I’d leave it in the refugium personally.
Another tunicate photo to help decide:
