What is wrong with my devils hand coral ?

Leather corals need good flow to help them stand up straight, if not enough flow, they will slump over.

I am using a hygger mini wave maker it definitely has a good flow.

What are the complete tank parameters? What par is it in? Hyger is ok for maybe a 10g nano tank.
