What is wrong with my indophyllia

I see these white strings coming out of it and some of its flesh is shedding off

Alkalinity: 9.4 dkh (autodose)
Nitrate: 0.9 ppm (no dose)
Phosphate: 0.03ppm (no dose)
Calcium: 453 ppm (no dose)
Salinity: 34 ppt
Ammonia: 0

Can you post a photo that's more in focus? Look up mesenterial filaments - this may be what the "white strings" are. I would suspect the coral has been damaged, either from another coral sting or from some physical damage when being moved/shipped. How long have you had it?

Also, it probably would not cause the symptoms you're seeing, but your nitrate and phosphate are awfully low for LPS.

No one stinged it per the picture. Just another indophyllia nearby that is ok and fully expanded since September 3rd, 2023. Also those filaments aren't there today, but not opening as much.

Had my technician visit on Wednesday and he said my parameters are fine. Nitrate below 5.0 ppm and phosphate below 0.5 ppm. Both should be above 0.
