What is Your Favorite Brand of Putty for Underwater Aquascaping?

I have loose rocks that I need to connect to my base rock. I can't take them out of the tank. There are so many putty brands and they all get mixed reviews. Please help by voting for your favorite. Which one works UNDERWATER??

Ive used a couple that dont really stick underwater or to wet surfaces.
TLF and IO.

Trick is to put a dab of superglue on each side and it holds pretty well.
Needs atleast a semi dry mating surface, pull the rock out and soak up any excess water before applying putty and glue.
After it sticks it will cure underwater.
