Pictures attached.

First type looks like random dark spots.

Other looks like thing tree leaves.

Anything to worry about?

How's your cleanup crew? The green appears like typical ugly stage algae. The frond like one looks like Bryopsis, which I would manually remove. Most cleanup crew won't touch it, and it's a pain to get out when it's established.

You have a couple different macroalgaes:
Green chlorophyte
caulerpa
wire algae
surface algae
derbesia

manual removal, light reduction, and monitoring phosphates and if tank near a window. . many considerations.
Not something for cleaner crew- they wont touch it.

I have like 30 Florida dwarf cerith snails, a few hermit crabs, a few Nassarius, and a few nerite snails.

Sunsun canister filter, reef octopus 1000 hob skimmer, and yes I have Vecton UV from American Aquariums
You might want to look at upgrading from a canister at some point to a HOB instead. I'm not saying it's the root cause, but with a UV you shouldn't be seeing so much algae.

@vetteguy53081 has some good suggestions on how to potentially deal with the algae.

Canister unless you are servicing and cleaning filters within Bi-weekly likely elevating the nitrate levels. Sus-Sun is a basic china unit.
