Yep.
Centropyge interruptus - or C. interrupta... I've heard both used almost equally, and not sure which is currently correct. Native to southern Japan. This one's a youngster - that eyespot on the dorsal fin will soon fade.
Don't fall too hard unless you've got a hefty budget.
