What kind of brown algea is this?

So this mostly grows on some plastic parts in the tank-
Frag rack
Powerheads
Drain screen

It also grows on the underside of the rocks, but not on top. It also brushes off super easy - usually just some flow but also easy with a brush.

It grows back quickly but didn't get out of control.

These are night shots of it on a frag rack

And if you look at the underside of the rock you'll see a bunch of it.

Ideas?

Either flagellates (not Dino) or lyngbya
You should be able to easily remove with a magic eraser ORIGINAL only- no scented ones
After removal, add liquid bacteria such as micro bacter 7

If I can blow it off with flow, does the magic eraser do something different?
