What kind of star is this????

I found this in my tank this morning and took it out because I know some can be a nuisance. I’m just curious. It is tan with brown down each leg and red specs on it.

Asterina pest starfish. Most are harmless, but reproduce quickly so they can be unsightly. There are some cases where they damage coral, so better safe than sorry to remove them if you see them again.
