I asked Kevin Kohen to take a look at this thread. He believes it is a Nahacky's Wrasse, but not the rarer Fiji variant mentioned in the link. Most probably the Tonga variant, which while not considered common, is seen more frequently than the Fiji one. He also said definitely not a Bathyphilus.
