What light % for 2 AI Hydras for a 200l tank, with mounts at lowest?

Hi, i have just bought 2 AI Hydra 26s. I currently have an aquareef 200l tank. I have this tank set up in my room and want to know what are some good % for the colours to grow mainly LPS but some SPS very high to the top.
The lights are very bright even at 20%?

Hi Dain, I’d like to add to this post if I may.

The OP and are Members of a local FB group and chat regularly about reef keeping. The issue which you explained to me as around evening viewing of the tank, outside of the main photoperiod. I am not familiar with AI lights or the settings, but hopefully someone here can add some insight. The op explained to be that even at very low intensity setting the lights are too bright. I would assume that at 1% the tank would be hardly visible (like under my Radions at this percentage), but the op says that his lights are still bright at this level. What are other users experience with this and could this be an issue in the settings that he is missing?
