no one was answering so i went with the 250w i tried the 150w for a couple of hours and the palys didnt seem to like it maybe it was to little par dont know we'll see how the corals respond for a week.

Right on. 250w is alot of light. Should be able to keep anything in there.

T5 gots the coloring, but no shimmer from the water. Thats the only downfall of those.
