What makes a jawbreaker mushroom vs a regular mushroom?

Yeah I knew none were jawbreakers. What ones the hulk? The green one behind the big blue one with white stripes is a highlight meet rhodactis

To my knowledge it’s discosoma mushrooms that have vivid coloration, and the swirl pattern in other colors like you see on old school jawbreakers, the candy.
