These pictures dont necessarily represent the color. I suck at taking pictures. It has a shimmering gold and is acquiring some purple and has purple polyps. I have had it for 3-4 weeks now and it has done pretty well as far as growth.

Just wanted to make sure the purple coloration isn't a bad thing from those with a similar frag. It was sold as a CB Flaming Phoenix but im unsure of that. Either way I gave pennies for it so I am not disappointed.

Bought it as CB flaming phoenix?

Thats what the ad said. It was an ebay auction and an impulse buy to be honest. I purchased some other things and I think I got this for $15-20 bucks. Didnt even know what that particular moniker was until I looked it up after the auction.

Then thats what it is. Honestly theres allot of montiporas out there that are similiar, bit if it didnt come from the person that named it, it is not the other ones. If hes a trusted seller, then it is a cb flaming phnx.
