Why my duncan all of sudden reaching?

My tank is 1 year and 4 months old. And that duncan grew from 3 heads to over 10+ but its reaching all of sudden

Yes they'll be fine what Par are they getting? What lights are you running?

I havent checked my par in a while maybe its a good time to do it. And i run radions xr30 g6 at 50%
