We just had to separate our clownfish pair from the community tank as they suddenly this week started to bully every other fish like crazy. The new tank is a Redsea Max Nano Peninsula, which is 26 gallons. It will only have this clownfish pair in there, and since we won't have corals in this one, we want to give the clownfish a nem. They are Ocellaris-- one black storm, one orange storm.
They were previously hosting in a bed of zoas/palys so they're clearly not super picky about hosting. But I'd like to pick something they're likely to try naturally hosting in.
What kind of nem would you recommend for a tank this size? I don't particularly want to do bubble tips again. I'd love to do a carpet nem but I'm reading that this tank is too small.
