What other pets do you have?

I have two dogs, two cats, two lizards, and two freshwater tanks in addition to my reef tank.

Yep when they found her on the streets she had bad teeth so the vet couldn’t save them . I think she has three teeth so the tongue slides out like a bit of ham lol

All my free time is "pets" these days. But, my hobbies revolve around them, so I guess it works out. We have 5 dogs of our own, and my wife is a dog trainer (28 years now), so we always have 2-5 "other people's dogs" too. She trains for and competes in PSA with her dogs. I have one that I train for PSA since I travel all over to PSA events and training with my wife anyway, and another that I train for field work and NAVHDA.

We have a 10-year-old Boxer named Indi, short for Indigo. She's the best girl.

My Boxer Leon, that I dabble in PSA with.

My wife's Dutch Shepherd, Vuk (Mali Vuk for any of you Croatians). PSA PDC, currently preparing to trial for her PSA1 this fall.

My GSP, Huckleberry. He is a bird hunting machine!

And, my wife's latest PSA prospect, a Belgian Malinois named Mouse.

I love Boxer’s derpy faces, that tongue! Hahaha. Thanks for sharing! I also spend most of my time on pets and my plant pets haha.

Hahahaha, yeah my friend has a dog who had to have most of his teeth removed too, and his tongue just slides right out. It’s very charming.

2 dogs here at the moment. I’ve had all sorts of animals all throughout my life : rodents, parrots, lots of freshwater fish, cats.

Right now with 2 sickly dogs and a reef tank, my wallet is begging for mercy, lol !

Yeah, pets are super expensive, but provide so much joy while they’re with us. Wishing your dogs the best.

yeah thats down from 12. Technically I have 8 currently but 1 got flat worms from some plants I got and im pulling all the shrimp out of it and putting them in a new tank this weekend then I can nuke that tank and get the plants out. Going to shut down the 75g too. just got to find homes for the fish im not keeping.

We kind of have a mini-zoo in our household, in addition to my 75gal sw tank we have:
6 cats, a rabbit, guinea pig, and a horse (Finn, the horse, stays at the barn. He's a retired hunter/jumper, my daughter competes)
