Hey everyone happy reefing.
My question is for those of you painting things, that go down around the sump area. I’m interested to know if there are any paints to avoid, I don’t think there is a paint that is safe to chip off and fall into the water column. So if you plan to suspend a painted object over your sump, what’s your go to paint?

I used white oil based epoxy paint. In case of a leak or I spill something in the sump area I can just wipe it up.

I didn't use paint, I used Flex Seal to coat the bottom & 1x4s that I used to make a collection type area incase the sump sprung a leakleak.
