Hi, I recently accidentally bleached my Red Monti Cap. I was most certainly due to excess PAR. What PAR range is optimal to let it recover? Also, after recovery, what is the optimal PAR for growth? Or are they the same value?

Thank you

I would put it in about 150-200 to heal. I keep my montis anywhere from 250-450. They can handle some pretty intense light you just have to acclimate them to it.

Thanks,

That's what I thought, and I thought I acclimated her, but apparently not..

I just got the PAR meter and have it for the next 10 days or so. Turns out I had her in 90-100 max PAR since for about 3 weeks. I can't tell, but I think she's trying to regrow "flesh" over the area, but it's all stringy and not looking great. I'll try to keep her at 100-125 PAR with good indirect flow
